The proximity to the ferry stop was great, and the staff were courteous, prepared, and helpful. The old, worn carpet and poor cleanliness were disappointing, and there were beard residue left on the bathroom glasses.

It was very close to the vaporetto station and the city centre, which made the location excellent.

The location and atmosphere, the architecture and interior, the staff, the distance to the boat, and the access to central Venice, the Arsenal, and the Gardens were all wonderful. The hotel restaurant and breakfast were superb. The city’s bustle and the beach’s calm were both appreciated.

An old classic Italian hotel with timeless décor, right next to the Lido pier. The view and sunset were incredible.
