The spot is handy for getting to the airport and catching buses into Bologna, and the place stays tidy; however, the noise depends on who’s in the shared entrance and kitchen, so it can get loud.

The self‑check‑in info was spot‑on and the breakfast is right next to the room; the scented products in the room were too strong, and there’s no curtain on the bathroom window that faces the building exit.
