“Very good I like the hotel”

The rooms are very nice, a regular size refrigerator, a nice table, and plenty of chairs. The floors are a bit greasy or sticky.

“Very disappointed! I travel from Florida to Ohio twice a year. I will think twice before booking at.”

I never expected to find out they actually serve food, and nobody mentioned it when I checked in. I was hit with a $75.00 pet fee that was non‑refundable and wasn’t disclosed until after I had already paid for the room; it was added as a separate charge after I arrived, leaving me no choice but to stay. I also couldn’t use my AAA discount because I’d prepaid, and that wasn’t told to me either. Having stayed at Candlewood many times before, this visit left a very bad taste in my mouth and feels like a very poor business decision.

“Horrible. I checked out 10 minutes after checking in and had to pay for another hotel”

ONLY location and 1 staff member. The room was disgusting. We had mold and old liquid on the bottom of the couch cushions and on the pullout bed. Old food on the walls in the kitchen and a completely broken toilet seat

“Would not recommend to my worst enemy to stay here. Disgusting!”

The only bright spot was the location, which is in a very safe area. The property was filthy for the price I paid. Pulling out the couch revealed a mattress pad covered in stuff, and the mattress itself was absolutely disgusting. I called the front desk, but the housekeeping staff had already left and there was no one else to clean, so they moved me to another room. That room still left me with a bad feeling, proving it’s not a clean hotel at all.
