This was the ideal spot to explore Venice; the staff were wonderfully kind and the room felt very cozy and traditionally decorated. The canal was just outside, and the restaurant offered stunning dishes—especially the monk fish and king prawn pasta, which I highly recommend—and you could have stayed here for the entire trip! The entrance bridge and the station were about a 30‑minute walk, so be ready to walk to enjoy the stay.

Es ist eine sehr besondere Unterkunft die uns wirklich super gefallen hat. Leider merkt man aber auch an ein zwei Ecken das das Gebäude schon in die Tage gekommen ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war wirklich gut

The hotel has a relaxed vibe, sits off a quiet canal, and is a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s; we arrived by water taxi and stepped straight into the hotel. We booked a family room for three adults, with the main bed behind a partial wall separating it from the sofa bed. The room was clean, quiet, and the bathroom shower and facilities worked well. For those with full‑size luggage, note that the room is up a significant flight of stairs, which my partner managed to bring up with help from the front desk. The hotel’s restaurant serves excellent food; we enjoyed pasta one evening and the breakfasts each morning, which were included. All front desk and hotel staff were kind and accommodating. I’d definitely come back to this gem.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially since we could drop our bags there before check‑in. The location is fantastic, with a quirky courtyard and a little corner by the canal next to reception that feels unique. Breakfast was decent, and the room and dining staff were friendly. The only downside was a slightly noisy air conditioner in the bathroom, but it was a minor issue.
