The coffee isn’t good. When I arrived at the inn, they didn’t tell me you were making a reservation without consulting them; they wanted to send me to another inn. I didn’t accept because it was the one I booked, so I managed to stay by saying I would sue the inn.

Absolutely nothing, terrible service, we arrived and the owner, a jerk, rented our unit to someone else who paid more and didn’t even have the courage to warn us; we were left without a hotel and he helped with nothing. Pessimo, zero professionalism.

The staff were excellent, especially Mr. João who was very welcoming. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The lodge’s setting was very calm and pleasant, meeting the expectations set by the listing. Nothing to complain about.
