I was impressed by the great location, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was generous and varied; the rooms were clean. The only downside was that the room could have been a bit larger.

If you want to visit Bamberg’s old town and taste the famous Rauchbier at Schlenkerla, this hotel is the perfect choice: it’s a short walk away, the rooms are very clean, blackout curtains are available, the parking garage is just 2 minutes away, and there’s a short unloading area in front of the hotel. A night entrance and, importantly, an elevator in the historic building are provided. The breakfast is excellent, and dogs are welcome with a special service at the night entrance. The only complaint is that the bathroom in a standard double room is definitely too small for people who cannot tolerate tight spaces. The old double windows—typical of older houses—are requested not to be opened, and the air‑conditioning is used instead, likely because of street noise that continues late into the night and starts again early in the morning due to traffic.

Das Zimmer war riesig außerdem einen extra Raum und ein großes Bad. Frühstück war reichlich. Das Hotel insgesamt sehr gemütlich, das Personal sehr nett. Das Highlight war der Kühlschrank neben dem Aufzug an dem man sich, auf Zahlung auf Vertrauensbasis bedienen konnte, zu sehr günstigen Preisen

A really nice B&B, right in the center, only about 300 m to the underground parking. The breakfast is good and the staff are fantastic.
