While I enjoyed the pool area and the friendly staff, my stay was marred by a bout of food poisoning that left me bedridden for two days. It seemed like the hotel could have paid more attention to detail to prevent such an incident.

The service at this hotel was impeccable, and the cleanliness was top-notch. However, we did encounter some issues, such as being offered a room that didn't match our booking and being charged extra fees that weren't clearly identified. Thankfully, we were able to resolve these problems amicably.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with exceptional service, beautiful pools, and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel's appearance was truly stunning. However, my visit felt all too brief. I'm already looking forward to returning.
