I liked the welcoming staff, the roomy room, and the décor. It’s away from everything, which is nice. The dinner was really expensive even though we didn’t order an appetizer or dessert, and the price didn’t change. The Wi‑Fi works very poorly, and there is no network at all.

Such a lovely place to stay! I brought my kids, and we all felt very comfortable and welcomed. After a long day of travelling, it was exactly the peaceful and relaxing spot we needed. The atmosphere was warm and calm, and as a mom I appreciated that my children could relax too. We had a great night, slept well, and the breakfast the next morning was absolutely wonderful—generous, with plenty of choices and everything beautifully prepared. It was the perfect start to our day. We left feeling rested and happy. A wonderful stop on our journey through Morocco and definitely a place I would recommend to other families. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The lodge is stunning in the mountains, and the walking oasis is a real plus. The meals were great with mountain views. The air‑conditioning had issues at night.

We were treated like family by the receptionist and her colleague. We loved that the hotel’s location is isolated with no network, so we could disconnect from the world for 24 hours—perfect! The dinner at 200 Dhm per person was delicious: one prune tajine, one kefta‑egg tajine with Moroccan salad. I recommend this spot for hiking fans or anyone wanting to unplug for a day or more from the stressful world we live in. My dog could roam freely in this lovely place without disturbing anyone or being in danger! Top! If we ever return to Ouarzazate, we’ll stay here again! The room was a bit small, but it was only for one night, so nothing serious. Nothing else to note.

The place feels magical and the welcome was very warm. However, there were a few issues: no light bulbs, the air‑conditioning barely worked, the spa was out of order, and the toilets had an unpleasant pipe odor.
