“Horrible”

Nothing was good; it was a horrible experience from the moment I arrived. The Harmony front desk was rude, unprofessional, and yelled at me. The room was filthy with dead bugs in the bathroom, bed bugs in the bed, and bugs on the floor throughout. The sheets and blankets were dirty with yellow and brown stains, and the comforter had hard plastic underneath, as if the fabric was burnt. My baby couldn't lie in the bed, so I had to take her to the car and change her. While I asked for a refund and a manager, the front desk ignored me, saying the manager was home asleep and then ignored me again.

“Slept well. Needs renovation for the price paid.”

The beds were comfy, but the building feels old and needs repairs; there’s no elevator, so walking up the second floor was noisy.

The staff were outstanding, and the breakfast was kept very clean and well presented, which is rare these days – definitely good value.

Friendly staff, easy check in and out, overall cleanliness was great. There was an oder in the hallway that went into the room. Room spay covered it enough but it was bad
