“Very nice Hotel”

The hotel is lovely and well‑situated opposite a large kund; the room is spacious and comfortable, staff are professional and pleasant, the breakfast buffet is good, and room service is also good. The only downside is that the second‑floor room is accessible only by stairs.

“Location wise it’s good, chechin was smooth and staff helped during that, but not value for money”

The location and ambience are good, but the rooms are small and mosquitoes were roaming inside.

The location and general upkeep are fine, but the front desk offered no support; I requested an airport pickup, the hotel acknowledged it, yet no vehicle arrived, and when I asked about the mishap the front desk had no answer.

It’s near the Janaki temple, and the reception staff were helpful; the breakfast was okay and the room price was reasonable.

“Musica estridente afuera de la habitación a las 11 P.M. con total indiferencia del staff”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by excessive noise from outdoor events. Despite my request for assistance, the noise continued until well past 11 pm, and I was told that nothing could be done to address the issue. The hotel's policy of hosting loud events near guest rooms is unacceptable, and the staff's lack of concern was disappointing. Overall, my experience was a major letdown.
