We were just passing through Bulgaria and needed a single night’s rest. Found a quiet, relaxing spot that did the trick.

Don’t expect luxury—there are two bedrooms that work for a family with kids. The adult room is tight, but the bathroom is clean and roomy. Hosts are friendly, and for €10 you get a breakfast that’s a real treat: fresh juice, great butter, homemade jam, Banitza, coffee, fruit, and farm‑fresh eggs. The yard is big with flowers and lawn. The experience of meeting genuine, down‑to‑earth people more than makes up for the lack of fancy amenities.
