The place was clean, but the owner was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional; there was no water, the breakfast was poor for the price, they didn't serve water or prepare other listed foods at 11 am, the coffee was bad, the AC didn't work in cooling mode, and the staff didn't help with luggage at checkout.

The spot was spot on, just a stone's throw from Ferry Harbour and a short stroll to Speed Boat Harbour and the Blue Lagoon beach – it was gorgeous! The room was basic but had a kettle, coffee, fridge, mosquito net, and a small round table with chairs. A little private outdoor garden was a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and breakfast was included. The only hiccup was that the map shown on the site was wrong, so we ended up walking a bit farther than expected – double‑check Google Maps for the accurate location.
