The spot is spot‑on, the staff are friendly, kind, and super helpful, the aircon broke and they fixed it right away, and the fridge is full‑size; only the microwave and some furniture could use an upgrade.

They upgraded me to a one‑bedroom on the 5th floor with views over Soi Diana and three balconies; the staff were great as always, housekeeping was good, and everything was perfect.

Everyone was friendly and professional, I can’t praise them enough; the hotel’s location is ideal and everything’s within walking distance, so I’ll definitely stay here next time I visit Pattaya.
