The staff here were incredibly warm and welcoming, it felt like they genuinely cared about our stay.

The reception, food, facilities, cleanliness, and service were all excellent.

The taiko performance was wonderful. It was a bit old-fashioned, but perhaps that’s part of its charm.

Everything was magical, the onsen was awesome and the food was exquisite.

Every little detail was taken care of, so I hardly experienced any inconvenience, although the room didn’t stay very warm and the humidity was a bit hard to get rid of with the air‑conditioner.
