The room had dated furnishings but it was okay. The welcome was always present and the staff were kind. The ceiling light flickered, and the breakfast was basic.

The staff were pleasant, smiling and helpful. The hotel is close to a tram stop that takes you to the city centre. The room and breakfast met expectations and there was nothing to complain about. Everything was in excellent order. I highly recommend it. Everything is fine.

The hotel sits in a quiet spot near a tram that drops you off in the historic centre. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast is perfect. The room décor feels a bit dated.

The breakfast was excellent and felt like a family run place, the staff were very kind, and the location is great – just a 5‑minute walk to the tram that takes you in 2 stops to the airport or 6 stops to Santa Maria Novella station. If I return to Florence, I’ll look for a room here. I strongly recommend it. Not much else, but if you’re looking for a quiet room, the air‑conditioner can be noisy.
