The room was clean and the location was good. I was booked for five adults in one room, but it was uncomfortable to sleep.

Good breakfast, but room service was lacking.

The location was spot on and the staff were really helpful, but we had a bit of a issue with the room. We booked three double deluxe rooms for six people, but ended up being charged extra for two people even though we'd already paid for the deluxe rooms. Oh, and get this - they even charged us extra GST for water bottles.

Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a wedding ceremony at the hotel, which made for a really noisy and chaotic experience. The sound and crowds were overwhelming, making it hard to relax. Not ideal, but I guess that's just bad luck.
