The sunset views and location are gorgeous, but the rooms lacked heating, so in the chilly mountain area we had to bring extra blankets; breakfast was very limited, offering only a choice between noodles, eggs, or pancakes.

“This is the worst hotel experience”

Only the convenient location was a plus; the worst hotel experience ever—first, the room had no toilet paper and there were shoe prints on the toilet with dirt in the corner; the worst part was that a pair of running shoes from my balcony was stolen and the staff did nothing to help; the most absurd thing was the staff saying maybe a dog dragged the shoes away, which I find unacceptable.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location and easy access were definitely a highlight, making it convenient for me to get around the area. However, the service was somewhat lacking, and the overall maintenance of the hotel could use some improvement. Additionally, the food options were not impressive, and the rooms were not well-insulated, which made it difficult to sleep due to the loud sounds from the nearby mosque.

I was initially drawn to this hotel for its supposed year-round outdoor pool, but unfortunately, it was green and unheated, rendering it unusable. We weren't even informed about this issue. The rooms lacked air conditioning, making it chilly and humid inside. We had to request a new soap dispenser as the old one was broken, and we also had to ask for more toilet paper. The hair dryer was out of order. Considering the prices in Lombok, I found this hotel to be overpriced.
