New, cozy and functional, surrounded by greenery a quarter‑hour from the sea. If you want to unplug, this is the place with a charming terrace view. I discovered it by chance and think I’ll return! The access road to the residence is rough; the municipality should intervene.

Excellent welcome and availability. The location is peaceful among the olive trees and vineyards of Colonnella, 20 minutes from the sea. I would have liked a shower tent in the tub, but the bathroom was very clean.

Emanuel was very friendly, waiting for us on check‑in day and helping us use the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the views of the hills are beautiful. A perfect place to disconnect and rest.
