The staff were incredibly helpful, making sure we were fed and cared for while offering loads of travel tips; Harrison ensured safe transport to the ski resort and coordinated with the team; Miguel shared great advice for the whole prefecture and local eateries; Jules guided us on mountain routes; Mia, Eric, and everyone else were genuinely kind and ready to help anytime. My wife especially enjoyed the heated floor in our room. Thanks, Andrew, the team was excellent—we’d return.

Breakfasts were great, rooms and bathrooms stayed clean, and the staff were very nice and helpful throughout. However, the old doors and windows in our room were a bit hard to open and close, and the place wasn’t very soundproof, so we could hear people talking outside.
