We had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Paola was an amazing host — extremely helpful, responsive, and made everything easy for us, especially with the parking and ZTL. Highly recommended!

The apartment sits at the end of one of Italy’s best piazzas, the perfect spot to reach all of Ortigia’s main sights. Paola was an incredible host, giving us a detailed list of her favourite restaurants and sites. We stayed in the smallest suite, but it was more than enough for a couple. The room was clean and the A/C was a lifesaver in the hot summer weather. Paola even supplied beach towels for the beach at the base of the walled city. I would highly recommend staying here on your visit to Ortigia.

The property is right in the center of Ortigia. Everything is within a 4 to 8 minute walk

We had a wonderful stay at Il Salotto di Maria Pia. Our host was fantastic - warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, and the accommodation itself felt really unique and special, with plenty of character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. There wasn’t much we didn’t like. It would have been helpful to have a little more surface space to put our belongings, but given the style and size of the room, this is understandable and feels like a natural compromise

This is probably the sweetest B&B I have ever stayed in. Paola was such an accommodating and kind host. The location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Paola!. We loved everything!
