“Not coming back here again”

I appreciated the buffet variety, a lavish breakfast, and the always‑available swimming guards who responded quickly; the kids’ play area was run by competent, caring staff, giving us a great experience. However, the management and front desk offered no flexibility or clear communication about what’s included, and on our second visit with small children the usual warmth and hospitality we expect elsewhere was missing. At checkout they added an unexpected room charge even though everything was fully paid.

The pool was pleasant and the staff were friendly, yet you must pay for every order, with room charges due in advance, snacks require instant payment, and dinner at 11 also demands immediate payment; all other facilities are paid except the pool, a small badminton court, and ping‑pong; bicycles, kids’ games, and other activities are also charged, and family rooms lack proper interior locks, while the bathrooms have no locks either.
