The place and the bar are great, but the lighting in the room isn’t very cozy.

Excellent location, beautifully decorated rooms, trendy décor, and a quiet room. The gym is very small and warm even with the air‑con, and the reception staff are nice but not as friendly as those at Only You in Valencia.

The hotel, the service we received, room 416, the location, the décor, and the overall condition of the hotel were all good. However, we had learned about you directly and not through Booking, which caused issues with parking the car to drop off luggage and where to park. Arriving at the hotel was very stressful; nobody was at the door. I stopped all traffic for almost ten minutes… At breakfast, I asked twice for “a fried egg, plain, no salt,” but for two days they brought two eggs plus many extras… We wanted to eat at the restaurant and use the 30 % discount, but it looked very empty.

“Central, comfortable, great vibe and full of character!”

Only You Hotel Madrid is wonderfully central yet surprisingly quiet. The hotel has a great vibe with modern, fun decor. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a veranda, which was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast at the gluten-free café was delicious, and we appreciated the complimentary ice cream available at reception. Overall, a great Madrid base for exploring the city on foot. The only downside is that the parking bay is quite far from the hotel and not convenient for dropping off luggage etc

Great treatment from the hotel staff, a very good breakfast, and an excellent overall atmosphere.
