Close to Nanao Station, rooms were clean, the first floor of the building had a parking lot, and everything nearby was convenient. No complaints. The only thing that could be improved is having a separate bath and toilet, but that’s a minor point.

Spacious and clean. No towel rack, no small table next to the bed, and the shower room was cramped.

The place was very comfortable.

From check‑in to check‑out, there was no hassle with anyone. A nearby Japanese restaurant was reasonably priced, generous, and delicious.

The room was spacious and clean. The coffee was tasty, and the amenities were helpful. I wish the website listed the amenities. I would have liked a power outlet next to the extra bed. There was no instruction manual in the room, so I had to look up how to use the coffee machine on my phone. A TV would have been nice. The neighbor was a tasty bistro and I enjoyed it. I wasn’t sure if the water in the fridge was for service or a fee, so I didn’t touch it. At check‑in, I was told how to check out, but I still felt unsure and wondered if I should ask for help. On the day of departure, I went to the lobby and found a note telling me to put the luggage in a box, but I wish I’d been told earlier.
