“LOCATION Great - thats it”

The main advantage was its location on the main road to the Metro, just a short walk away, and the amenities were a big plus. I was a little uneasy about the safety measures, but overall they weren't bad. I might stay again if some issues are fixed. The bathroom was decent but had water clogging in the shower tray, a faulty shower head that was annoying, and the room was dusty; they didn't vacuum or sweep, especially not under the beds. There’s a shared kitchen, but I'm unsure if it's usable. The host could have offered a bottle of water (not that it would break their budget!). I had a problem with the bed—maybe bugs, so I changed the sheet after seeing some blood stains, possibly from mosquitoes, but I didn’t stay long enough to investigate further.

Viviana was very friendly and the location was strategic. The place was somewhat dirty, the bathroom was not well maintained and a bit grimy, and there were no bath soaps provided.

The location is great, the apartment is very pretty and clean, and it has everything you need for a stay. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s good coffee! The host is super friendly and very helpful, and I’ll definitely return.

The Amadeo apartment’s bathroom had a constant sewage smell that drifted into the room. They supposedly leave Nespresso capsules, but I never found any in three days, nor any sugar or other courtesy items for short stays. I told the contact, who said they would send them, but never did. The cleaning was basic and they didn’t sweep.

“Séjour sympathique à Rome. Pratique proche de la gare. Mais néanmoins à environ 3 kilomètres du centre.”

The good thing is its proximity to the train station. The bedding is clean and the air conditioning works. The neighborhood is quiet but not very clean. If you book, the host tried to charge an extra €30 per day for my daughter, even though booking didn’t list a surcharge. Find out beforehand. Also, at the end of the stay, the host asked you to give a 10‑point rating, which I didn’t understand.
