I found the room similar to other ibis places, but it smelled like cigarette smoke from the previous guest; it was awful even though smoking is banned, and the window stayed open all day and night. Whoever cleaned it should have told the staff; I didn’t ask for a change because the hotel was full, but the night was terrible, an incredible pest.

The hotel is perfect for exploring Oviedo and the surrounding area, and the parking zone is good. No complaints.

The location was fine, but nothing was comfortable: the TV was tiny and old, there was no mini‑fridge to keep water cold, the central air‑conditioning couldn't be adjusted, and we were at 28° outside while the hotel was heating up high without a way to cool. The staff suggested we open the window because that was all we had. The worst part was the complete lack of cleaning—it was disgusting.

The reception and café staff were exceptional, but the room felt like an oven, the air conditioner didn't work, and the bed was awful because the mattress kept shifting every time I turned over.
