The place is quiet, but the staff lie to guests. They claim there's a pool and jacuzzi, yet none exist. They say it's temporarily closed, but that just means this hotel is more like a rundown pension. They should delete the pool info because everyone expects a relaxing stay. We were probably the only guests at that time, so breakfasts had to be specially ordered. Never again.

The surroundings are forests and a lake, with beautiful trees and lovely paths for walks or bike rides. The hotel itself looks like it’s from past decades, with traditional paving stones and lawns—very charming. Breakfast was tasty, well-prepared, and offered enough variety. The restaurant dishes were also good. Rooms were clean, but there was no air conditioning; the staff tried to help by shading the windows with curtains to block sunlight. The staff is a big plus; everyone is very friendly, professional, and ready to help. If I ever return to the area, I’d stay again mainly for the service. I would lower my rating slightly because the staff’s attitude made the climate quite difficult. On weekends, events happen—it's not true that weddings or parties don’t affect the stay. In summer, when you open the window because of heat—since there's no AC—it's hard to sleep with loud music and the marching of partygoers outside. The owner requires a PESEL number as a condition for check‑in, which is unlawful.

The location is great with a pool and tennis courts nearby. I was disappointed that there was no TV—just three snowing channels that couldn't be watched, even after reporting it.

Breakfasts are very good and varied. The location is interesting as a starting point for exploring the area. A more direct path to the lake from the property would be better.

The place is very pretty, close to the forest and lake, so you can relax away from the noise. Breakfast buffet offers something for everyone, all fresh and tasty. Rooms are clean. The pool is nice, maybe not huge but you can swim; the water is very cold, so you don’t stay long.
