The host is kind, but the bathroom had cold water and there were no towels for us

The host was fantastic – she gave us directions at 2 am, arranged a taxi and kept everything organized. Unfortunately the listing didn’t mention that the toilet and shower were shared, the bathroom door was broken, there was no internet until morning, no hot water, and the flush wouldn’t work, and none of these problems were fixed or even warned about.

The hotel is right next to the airport and the room itself was fine, but the bathroom turned out to be shared even though the listing said it was private. The shared bathroom was dirty, low‑quality, and we couldn’t use it before our flight because it was occupied.

We got a nice view of the mountains from the room, and the owner was extremely friendly. The place also had air‑conditioning, which made the stay comfortable.
