The hotel sits in a prime spot, the rooftop with a view of the pyramids is stunning, and the service at dinner and breakfast is solid, but the real highlight is the staff—especially ALADIN, who answered every question, handled our issues, and helped navigate Giza traffic. Absolutely amazing.

Everything is spotless and cozy, and the breakfast spread is out of this world. The reception, especially Aladdin, was incredibly helpful.

The view from the rooftop terrace is great. The photos on Booking are old and the reality is far from what the listing shows. The guide promised to pay the entrance fees we agreed on but didn’t; the guide he brought was fine and professional. From the second day after a shower, things were fine, but we never got a refund for the money we paid.

The hotel is well positioned, five minutes on foot from the pyramid entrance and ten minutes from the new big museum. The neighborhood is bustling with all kinds of shops. The staff are attentive and helpful, rooms are clean, and breakfast is excellent.
