The bed was comfy and the location was handy, plus I liked the night staff who walked the parking lot occasionally to check on things. The sheets felt rough, the bathroom didn’t supply hot water well and the fan was insanely loud. The biggest let‑down was the ice machine, which was broken and looked unused for a long time.

The place is super convenient if you’re heading to I‑55 Speedway, but it’s very old and rundown. Homeless people were around the property and there was a tent set up across the street, so I didn’t feel safe.

It was in a decent spot and the shower finally worked properly. The AC leaked water all night, I never got a TV remote no matter how many times I asked, and the spa tub in the room didn’t work right.
