The staff experience could have been better; a young woman was there when we paid, but it wasn’t her fault. When problems arose, it felt like the staff was alone. At breakfast we only saw one woman trying to get the coffee machines working as best she could, and there were long lines that made the many self‑service options frustrating—like a motorbike club. There should have been coffee in kettles for guests to take to their tables and more staff than just one. It was a pity and brought the experience down. When we checked out, I also noticed a lack of customer service. The rooms and cleaning were fine, but the overall staff experience was lacking.
