The staff are really nice and the pool’s proximity to the rooms is very convenient, but thin walls let you hear everything between rooms, the lobby is close to the rooms and can get very loud until 23, the room wasn’t very clean when we arrived, the food does not suit Israeli taste, we were the only guests in the hotel, and it seems it is not aimed at our target audience.

The hotel opened up for us at the last minute, and the staff were super friendly during check‑in and check‑out. Maria deserves a shout‑out for bringing us a late‑night snack after we arrived before midnight. The room felt a bit outdated—no body lotion or hair conditioner, the hair dryer was poor, there was no coffee machine, and the alcohol was low‑quality rather than branded.

The service was excellent, the food varied and well cooked, the activities and their instructors were great, and the beach is just across a road. I can’t think of any negatives.
The food and staff were extraordinary, especially the food and beverage manager who was a wonderful lady. The staff and workers were charming and helpful. The alarm in my room went off three times, two at night, even though I’m a non‑smoker, and I can’t figure out why it triggered.
