The facility is clean and cozy. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is arranged through a partnership with a bar right across from the property. The location is convenient and the private parking is highly appreciated.

Gustavo was incredibly kind and welcoming. The property is well maintained, tidy and clean. The parking inside the premises is a plus. The only suggestion is to improve the soundproofing of the rooms if possible.

The host Guglielmo was available and very proactive in meeting my needs, but the bathroom could use improvement.
