The location was perfect for our trip, and we loved the clean pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. We could have used more sugar packets and more regular coffee pods in the rooms.

The staff handled the issue really well, but the shampoo bottle was empty!

I chose this place because it was halfway on my route, but the pet rate had hidden fees – it started at $70, then jumped to $75 plus tax. I called to ask, got a confusing answer, and was told “you’re complaining over $10.85?” I’m not okay with being insulted about hidden fees, and if there was a mistake in quoting the rate and the extra taxes weren’t mentioned, that should be admitted.

Access was easy, and there was nothing to complain about.
