We stayed in the deluxe double room with a free‑standing bath, which was lovely after a long day. The room had a small but nice balcony and great air‑conditioning. Service was excellent; we arrived early and didn’t have to wait long to get into our room. The staff were super friendly. The lift is very small but very fast.

The communication was excellent, the room was great and the breakfast fantastic, and the staff were super friendly and kind. The only drawback was the pillows: they look very soft but are too thin for my head, which might be a personal preference. There was also a slight musty smell in the bathroom of our room.

The staff, especially Alessandro, were very kind and always ready to help me. The room itself was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Nothing to add.
