The staff were excellent; when I had a door problem, they sent a repairman right away, and they were consistently helpful and accommodating. I did have poor TV service, but I only mentioned it just before leaving; I wish I’d told them sooner because I know they would have fixed it. If anything comes up, the staff are ready to help anytime.

The location works well and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast was disappointing—just prepackaged muffins and coffee/tea, which felt insufficient for the price we paid for the room.

I parked right by the window and even set a chair outside to enjoy the rain and cool weather, but the front desk mistakenly gave our room key to someone else, and they tried to enter while we were still inside.
