The complimentary services were plentiful, yet the elderly receptionist seemed unsure of the check‑in process, causing a long delay that was frankly unpleasant, and when I tried to use three tickets for the partnered izakaya’s free service, they only gave me one and didn’t write the restriction on the tickets.

The place was spotless, comfortable and the staff were friendly, making it easy to relax, and the breakfast was incredibly tasty. The only downside was the lack of a large public bath, so we had to use the sister hotel’s onsen, which was far enough away that it was hard to get to.

The breakfast was tasty, and after checkout they let us keep our luggage and even waited until the bus left.
