The layout was friendly, the courtyard inviting, and the staff extremely courteous, yet the shower fixture was wobbly and outdated, the location was lovely but the walk to public transport felt a bit long.

The place is in a prime spot, rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.

The location is very good and I suggest trying the schnitzel at the hotel restaurant; the hotel is very close to the city centre, so you can walk to most popular sites.

The hotel sits right in the center, within walking distance to Museumskvarter, Operabygning, Albertina, Karlskirche, Naschmarkt, city shops, and the U-Bahn; we took the U-Bahn straight to Schönnbrun and back, ending up within walking distance of the Donau. From the Donau we walked back to the Hundertwasser quarter, enjoying many great experiences on foot. The hotel had a good vibe and atmosphere, and overall it was clean and nice. The breakfast buffet was lovely, well-stocked and well-organised. We would definitely return.
