I pre‑booked the hotel but they cheated me and told me no rooms were available at the property, so why pre‑book? I confirmed the property and faced the problem in crowded situations; this is cheap behaviour from the hotel side. The hotel is not ethical, I think the booking platform should take action against this property and make it easier to contact customer service.

The swimming pool at this hotel was truly amazing and well maintained, which was a highlight of my stay. However, I was disappointed to find that the rooms, bathroom, and kitchen areas were not kept neat and tidy.

I have a very positive impression of this hotel, finding it to be both good and the best. However, I was surprised to find that the staff, particularly Sangeeta madem, were incredibly helpful, which seemed to contradict the full recommendation I had expected.
