This is a great little apartment with a lovely kitchenette that had everything we needed for our short stay. The bathroom and bedroom were reasonable and the lounge was nice and cosy. The wifi and check‑in codes were simple to use, and the property is well located, just minutes’ walk to car parks and Whitby's popular attractions. It was great value, well kept, and we would definitely stay again. The upstairs guests were very loud, slamming doors including the front door, which made a lot of noise in our apartment.

Location and facilities were fine. The building lacked double glazing and the neighboring building hosted a party until 3.45 am, so I got absolutely no sleep. The room also needs some TLC.

The place was clean and not too far from the beach and town, though the roof had many stairs that we both found a bit hard to climb and there was only one cup in the room.

Good value for money. It seems the place is in the middle of a renovation, rough around the edges, and the bath didn’t work.
