The property is very beautiful and welcoming. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and modern, and we were very well received. Breakfast was decent. The building sits in an industrial area where everything is abandoned, half the building is unoccupied, supports hold the walls, which is not very reassuring.

Clean and welcoming, even though the location is a bit odd we managed fine. The spot is close to a lake where you can walk, but the room is in an apartment on a farm and the area is basically industrial. Nothing is nearby and you have to drive to do anything.

Very calm setting near the lake and the Basilicata Coast to Coast trail, room with balcony. Breakfast could have been more varied.
