The hotel is well positioned for those who want to enjoy the neighborhood’s malls, markets, and lively atmosphere. The reception is straightforward and very friendly. It’s a pity there’s no breakfast. If you’re walking, avoid the route suggested by a popular app after leaving BTS or ARL; instead, take the smaller paths (slightly rough at the start) to reach the hotel, which will be three times shorter.

We spent five days at this place and it felt like a home away from home. The front desk, security, and housekeeping were all fantastic, greeting us with genuine warmth, kindness, and smiles at every turn. Having visited many hotels around Pratunam Market on our frequent trips to Bangkok, this one stands out as the best. It’s clean, modern, and spacious, especially when compared to other hotels in the same price bracket. What truly set it apart were the people—every single staff member made us feel welcomed and cared for from arrival to checkout, like having family in Pratunam. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay comfortable and memorable; we’ll definitely return soon! ❤️

Clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable for a five‑night stay. The location is great, close to a convenience store, laundry, and the famous night market.

The hotel’s location in Pratunam is excellent—near markets and with easy transport access. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and hassle‑free, with nothing major to complain about.
