The price‑to‑value ratio is excellent, but the keypad lock was almost unreadable for me, so I only gained entry with the help of a kind neighbour.

The location is close to the S‑bahn, and all the instructions arrived quickly and were clear. Check‑in went smoothly. Inside, it was quiet and peaceful, with no one around, which I really liked. Hot water was available, everything worked, and the bed was comfortable and soft. The place was clean, so I definitely recommend it. However, trains often pass nearby, causing occasional noise. The Wi‑Fi sometimes lags, and the shower has a very uneven spray pattern, making it uncomfortable to wash.

This was the worst experience ever. There is no reception, so you only have a contact number that goes to an IVR; pressing the option to speak to someone promises a callback, but if the request is wrong you’ll be charged. The property lists a shared bathroom and shower, but in reality there is only one common shower area for the whole building, and the rooms booked as shared actually share the basement shower on the second level. There is no lift and the entire floor corridor is wired with CCTV. The floor pamphlet sticker says a toilet and shower are available, but that’s false. My floor had only two men's toilets; one was removed, leaving only one working toilet and one washbasin, and the room itself has no washbasin. There is no proper drinking water; you have to use the toilet washbasin for water. The official FAQ says all non‑kitchen rooms have a microwave, but it is actually missing, which is a big misrepresentation. The CCTV covers the shower room and toilet in/out, so privacy is a concern. The lift is broken, so you must use the stairs. Only two showers are available for men and women, so plan accordingly if you need to shower late at night. As soon as we checked in and tried to report the missing microwave, we couldn’t reach anyone, and it turned out to be a waste of time. We decided to cancel the second day of our stay, and the next day we received a response saying the property owner was not picking up or responding to our calls or emails.
