The place is great in the city centre, reachable by bus 10 to the city gate and a 10‑minute walk to the accommodation. The owner is very friendly and gave an interesting tour of the city. The room is clean, comes with towels, air‑conditioning and a beautiful decor. The breakfast prepared by the staff on site is delicious. Wi‑Fi is fast. There’s a patio with a city view where you can enjoy a pleasant dinner.

The location is strategic and the accommodation is very welcoming. If you’re looking for a minor improvement, some bathroom finishes could be better, but overall everything you need was there.

The place is located in a very dark alley that feels quite scary and unsafe. The breakfast prepared by the lady was very good. However, the services promised are not delivered. They advertise an airport transfer but then tell you the hours are 8 am to 8 pm, which was never mentioned anywhere. We complained to the platform but received no reply after at least three messages. In the end we had to arrange our own transfer because we arrived at the airport at 21:30. If you ask for something they refuse to provide, they will not respond. You must pay in cash even if it says you will be charged in advance. They informed us on the same day and we had to bring cash at the last minute. We asked for a receipt of the payment we just made and they got upset, sending us a screenshot of the reservation instead of what we requested. If you ask for water bottles, they give you old ones, charge you, and don’t inform you. Bring your own gel and shampoo because they only give a small envelope and a soap bar. The bathroom is outside the room. The place isn’t bad, but I promise it’s very unprofessional and I had to fight for services that were supposedly offered.

The staff are very friendly and the breakfasts are good. The location is right in the heart of Medyna, and the owner came out to pick us up at the taxi stand to bring us to the riad. The terrace in full sun is not set up. There wasn’t much space to sit and relax in the evenings. The rooms have a small window to the corridor, so it’s very dark.

The spot is strategically placed, everything is very clean, and the host is very kind and helpful, arranging the airport service for us.
