I didn’t like the accommodation; I found an insect, someone tried to force my door and attempted to enter in the early morning, so I didn’t leave for fear. The breakfast buffet was unappealing, and honestly I wasn’t craving the food because of how it was presented.

The location is good, but the bathroom is too narrow, the air conditioner worked like a fan, and the shower had a fabric curtain.

The place is very central, but it is completely understandable that the reservation must be paid in full upon arrival; however, I find it unacceptable that at check‑out the invoice is not handed over. If payment is required immediately and in full at check‑in, the minimum expectation is to receive proof of that payment at the end of the stay. The invoice should not depend on the guest having to request or insist on it later. This is a basic procedure that should be carried out clearly and promptly, and the lack of it creates a perception of disorganization and leaves a very negative experience for the customer.

The staff service was very good, and the room cleaning was consistently tidy. The location is great. However, the space is quite small, and the place looks old.

It was close to the place I had to go, but the room was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was tiny, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, there were no bedside tables, and the ones that existed looked like tiles, as if it were a jail.
