Valentina gave me exceptional personal attention from check‑in to check‑out, even going out to the private parking area to ensure I could park and showing me the hotel entrance. She offered help throughout my stay. The rooms are great, but this feels like a throw‑back to an era before hotel rooms had refrigerators or microwaves. The hotel restaurant is convenient and offers a wide menu for all meals.

The spot was decent, with a spacious uncovered parking area, a solid hotel layout, comfy rooms, a great shower, and a restaurant that really supported guests. However, the hotel wouldn’t let foreigners who booked through Booking pay in foreign currency to dodge the 15 % Chilean VAT, so our reservation cost 15 % more than we expected – the only hotel that did that during our Chile trip.
