We walked in and walked out, and it wasn’t worth arguing with the staff. The room was dirty, the sofa should have been in the trash, the bedspread was extremely soiled with paint stains everywhere, and the bathroom was smaller than most RVs. We left, handed back the key that barely worked, and lost over 70 dollars. It wasn’t worth it to risk catching something nasty.

Nothing, I felt as if this was a motel out of a scary movie. The smell of musk and something that may have died like a rodent or something was overpowering. If I had not paid for the room in advance I would have left. I do not recommend this place to anyone. My daughters nose was bleeding the morning we left from the horrible conditions. They called me on the day of my arrival and told me they didn’t have a room for me, even though I had confirmed a week earlier that everything was set.

I got a great deal on this place, but that's about where the positives end. The room was infested with roaches and bedbugs, and the noise from the hallway was constant - people knocking on doors all hours of the night. The room wasn't even cleaned the whole time I was there, and the bedding was stained and looked like it hadn't been changed in months.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us, and it took an age to get our room keys sorted out. To make matters worse, the bed was like sleeping on a rock - I've never had a harder mattress in my life. Overall, it was a really disappointing stay.
