“Decepcionante”

The hotel was decent and the location was acceptable, though you have to walk a bit to the center, but the staff were helpful. The building itself was very neglected, lacking maintenance and café services that a three‑star hotel should offer; access was difficult with stairs and no ramp. The room I received had a small bed with poor mattresses, a tiny TV with no power outlets, hard pillows that seemed compressed, a bathroom with a hard‑to‑reach bathtub, and overall everything was very old and unclean. The floor was scratched and the door had a lock. In short, it feels like a two‑star hotel.
