The sheets were spotless, but I couldn't get into the room at the time I had scheduled, even though I was told someone would be there to welcome me and no one showed up. Calling the mobile number led straight to voicemail, and I left several messages with no response; I also emailed them for help but received nothing back. Eventually another guest let me in, yet the owners treated me terribly.

The hotel is close to the bus stop, yet the main entrance door is broken. Whenever I need help, there's usually nobody around. Once I was on a call for over 30 minutes and got no solution. At night I was woken by loud noises outside. People tried to open the main door, claiming to live there and showing keys, but they still couldn't get in. I remember a previous incident where I waited at the entrance for about two hours with no assistance.

The rooms are cheap and each has its own lock. Getting into the front door was a hassle: you have to pull while turning the key, and they never mention this in the description. I had to message them and wait for a reply before I learned how to enter.

There was nothing to like about this place. The smell, rat droppings, and lack of blinds or curtains left the windows exposed so anyone could see me sleeping. I couldn't stay and had to move elsewhere, and no refund was issued. It was a disgusting, filthy hole.
