The staff were very nice, the rooms were clean, and the location was great, but the extra bed was a little uncomfortable.

The property sits in a very central spot within walking distance to many places in Rome. The staff were extremely nice and courteous. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, and the bed was the most comfortable we slept on during our 16‑day trip in Italy. However, our room was a bit dark and the windows didn’t let in a lot of light.

The staff went above and beyond, helping me as a single mum with a 7‑month‑old; they carried the pram up and down the stairs, handled luggage, and responded quickly to every request. The property was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, immaculate and serviced daily. It sits within walking distance of the Spanish Steps and Trevi, and nearby there are good dining and shopping options. The room was large and well appointed. The elevator’s design made it unusable for luggage or a pram because the doors open inward, allowing only one person to move around at a time; this was a bit difficult with a baby, but the staff always helped. The bed felt a bit hard, a problem I’ve encountered across Europe.

Staying in Rome was always a pleasure! The location is simply fantastic: central, convenient, just steps from Piazza di Spagna, Barberini, Fontana di Trevi, and the great shopping street. It’s ideal for exploring the city on foot. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable; the environment was quiet and the staff consistently friendly, kind, and helpful. It has become my go‑to place in Rome, and I return whenever I stay more than a day because I always feel so good. A fully positive experience I recommend without hesitation.
