Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The staff’s service was wonderful, the food was tasty and looked great, and the bath was excellent—I used it five times. There was almost nothing to complain about, except that dinner time could have been a bit more generous.

工作人员态度好，设施完善，提供接送，空间隐蔽。. 提供可选的餐食服务 窗帘不够遮光，早上漏光太亮 阳台上的香有些呛人

The room offered a great view; on sunny days the sea was a brilliant blue. Every night the full kaiseki course was served by the wall, featuring local specialties and a different menu each day—a real surprise. The service was very attentive, the room was cleaned impeccably, supplies were replenished promptly, the private hot spring was at a comfortable temperature, the room was spacious, and the yukata was pretty. The only downside was that taxis in Izu Highland were inconvenient and scarce, but that had nothing to do with the hotel.

Everything was fine yesterday, and the food is a work of art.

The staff were very good, not pushy, and their subtle professionalism stood out. Breakfast starts at 8 am; it would be better if it could be available a bit earlier. I requested an earlier time and they accommodated me.
